1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using services from S&S Internet Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our full Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Return Policy

  • You have a 7-day return period after contacting our technical support. If we cannot restore reliable service, you may return the router for a full refund.

  • Non-refundable items include the first month’s prepaid data and the logistics or delivery fee. ENS Group

3. Hardware Warranty

  • Routers are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty excludes damage from power surges, water exposure, or customer misuse.

  • Firmware or software updates are not covered under the warranty. ENS Group

4. Service Overview

  • Our service uses 5G/LTE cellular signals to deliver high-speed wireless internet without needing physical installation.

  • Routers come pre-configured with an activated SIM card and connect directly to nearby cellular towers. ENS Group+1

  • Typical speeds range from 25 Mbps to 474 Mbps, depending on router model, local network load, and signal strength. ENS Group

  • Compared to satellite, our service offers much lower latency (~40–100 ms vs. 500 ms+), ideal for video calls and online work. ENS Group

5. No Contract & No Credit Checks

  • Our service is contract-free, with no credit checks required.

  • You may cancel at any time without penalty. ENS Group

6. Modification of Offers

  • S&S Internet Solutions is not responsible for network-level services provided by carriers or their subsidiaries.

  • All promotions, plans, pricing, software features, or terms may change or end at any time, without prior notice. ENS Group

7. Marketing Consent

  • By submitting your contact details through our website, you agree to receive marketing communications via email and text.

  • We do not share your information with third-party companies, except if legally compelled to do so. ENS Group

8. Subscriber Responsibilities & Behavior

  • You are responsible for selecting the appropriate service and paying fees on time.

  • We may cancel your account if a customer or representative behaves disrespectfully toward our staff; in cases of harassment, service may be terminated immediately. ENS Group

  • Service remains active until we receive written cancellation notice, and fees are not prorated for partial months. ENS Group

  • Accounts may be suspended or canceled for late payment, excessive usage, or network abuse. A $35 reactivation fee applies if reinstated. You remain liable for service fees during suspension. ENS Group

  • You must provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number, and update us promptly with any changes. ENS Group

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Providing public Wi-Fi access,

  • Serving multi-unit dwellings,

  • Hosting servers, automated feeds, camera broadcasts,

  • Machine-to-machine connections or P2P sharing that burdens the network or enables bots. ENS Group

10. Billing Terms

  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month or every 30 days from service activation, after initial payment. ENS Group

  • Billing disputes must be submitted via email; payments remain due until we receive written notice. Termination does not waive fees incurred prior to cancellation. ENS Group

  • Cancellations must be received by the last day of the month to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle. Requests on or after the 1st result in billing through the end of that month. All cancellations must be submitted via email for proof of request. ENS Group

11. Legal Use

  • Service must be used legally; prohibited content includes defamation, threats, obscenity, or speech encouraging criminal activity.

  • Unauthorized access to other systems or violation of network rules is not permitted. ENS Group

  • You agree to defend and indemnify S&S Internet Solutions and its staff against claims arising from misuse of the service. ENS Group

12. Disclaimers & Liability

  • We provide services "as is", with no express or implied warranties.

  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party claims. ENS Group

  • We do not control internet content; you assume all risks associated with browsing and data access. ENS Group

  • You must be 18+, or a guardian acting on behalf of a minor, and accept all responsibilities for use by minors. ENS Group

13. Relationship & Termination

  • Your relationship with S&S Internet Solutions is strictly subscriber-to-provider.

  • We may terminate service immediately upon breach of these terms. ENS Group

14. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of [Your State]. Venue for legal action shall be in [City], [State]. ENS Group

15. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update this Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
